WoolOn is all about creating, celebrating and promoting the myriad properties of wool.

Join our weekend-long celebration of Saturday catwalk shows and Sunday trade show and workshops.​​​

Opening Runway Show

Designers' Reveal Matinee

The matinee show is a full run through of all category entries along with the presentation of student designer awards: Under 18, Under 13 and other school age awards.  

his is the perfect setting for families, designers, and fashion fans who want a front-row view of the intricate textures and craftsmanship.

 

Experience the brilliance of the WoolOn runway in a row seating General Admission setting. 

 

Also featuring in-show entertainment and an open bar  for refreshments.

THE MAIN EVENT

Gala Award Evening

The gala awards night is your chance to dress to impress for a glamorous night of high fashion, entertainment, and suspense as we announce the Category Winners and the 2026 Supreme Award Winner. 

All the fun of the WoolOn runway with a round table setting, shared platter food and bar service.

 

The evening also features the very popular People's Choice Award and acknowledgement of the student winners announced earlier in the day.

Seating is allocated: tables of 10 are available to purchase.

A Celebration of Wool

Extend the WoolOn magic by joining our 'Sunday Expo' at Central Stories Museum and Art Gallery in Alexandra.

What’s Happening:

  • The Exhibition: View the winning garments up close to appreciate the intricate textures and hand-crafted techniques you saw on stage.
     

  • Judges' Insights: Gain a unique perspective as our panel of judges shares their thoughts on the designs and what set this year's entries apart.
     

  • Craft Workshops: Get hands-on and learn new skills with interactive wool and fibre workshops.
     

  • Artisan Trade Expo: Browse boutique stalls featuring wool garments, yarns, products, and local wool craftsmanship.


It’s the perfect, relaxed way to finish your WoolOn weekend and dive deeper into the world of "paddock to person" fashion.
